These townhomes are available in four elegant models. The Ali'i models (2,558 sq.ft) are single-floor units equipped with their own private pool and spa. All models feature 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms.

Units include gourmet center-island kitchens, luxurious baths, a spacious dining room and extensive covered lanais equipped with a wet bar, under-counter refrigerator and gas grill.
