Hokulani is a piece of paradise that instantly relaxes and soothes the senses. Located on Hawaii's "Gold Coast" in the shadow of Mauna Kea, Hokulani - which means "heavenly star" - offers golden sunsets you can almost reach out and touch every evening and then transforms each night into a peaceful planetarium above your lanai where you can practically see every constellation in the heavens. Early morning tee-offs on the North Course offer equally spectacular sunrises over snowcapped Mauna Kea.

The villa, built in 2006, is a Parade of Homes Award winner decorated by Kathy Merrill Kelley, repeatedly recognized in Architectural Digest's top 100 interior designers in the world. Kathy Merrill has captured true Hawaiian-Asian fusion at Hokulani. The home is a detached, single story island style house, the only one of its kind in KaMilo, at the famous Mauna Lani Resort. The unique floor plan is a 4 bedroom and f4 ½ bathroom design including a separate one-bedroom hale (guest house) with its own private entry off the courtyard entrance. The highlight of the home is the exciting grand room with natural bamboo floor throughout and full- width lanai doors opening to the expansive Hawaii-style lanai with private pool and spa. This blend of indoor-outdoor living overlooking the 11th fairway of the North Course and enjoying a glimpse of the ocean is pure Hawaii.

With Hokulani comes access to the private white sand beach club available only to homeowners and houseguests. Hokulani is just a 5-minute walk from the renowned Fairmont Orchid Hotel.
